Munich’s Olympic Stadium, the setting for the Open Air Festival on June 1, 1980, was headlined by Fleetwood Mac in support of their “Tusk” album while Bob Marley & The Wailers showcased songs from “Uprising,” the album that would prove to be Marley’s final studio album. Four months later, Marley was diagnosed with cancer and succumbed to the disease the following May.
